Mental Health & Wellbeing Toolkit

 This unique and enjoyable programme, currently fully funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, has been designed by psychologists, to enhance and protect the mental health and wellbeing of employees and mitigate some of the impact of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

This programme developed from robust research has been found to decrease stress, improve resilience, coping and wellbeing. The programme combines cognitive behavioural therapy, neuroscience and the latest psychological research to provide a range of techniques and strategies which rebuild resilience, improve low mood and reduce anxiety.

Programme Overview

The programme is currently delivered online. Once restrictions are lifted and our Wellbeing Centre is open we will be delivering a one day workshop version.

The programme consists of four, two-hour sessions, delivered once a week for 4 weeks.
