Talking Therapy

Lifft Wellbeing provides a integrative, person centred therapy either online, by phone or face to face at our wellbeing centre. We specialise in workplace wellbeing and working with individuals who are affected by anxiety or trauma related issues.

We are not a crisis service, our centre is only open for specific arranged appointments. If you need urgent support contact your GP or call 111 and then select option 2 or in an Emergency attend your local A&E or call 999.

Therapy Process

Dr Helen Jones takes an Integrative, Relational approach. Integrative is a progressive form of therapy that combines different approaches to fit the needs of any individual client. I will use techniques and tools from different modalities to tailor an individual approach for you. These modalities encompass Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Humanistic techniques in one integrated model which is flexible and inclusive. The relational aspect of the approach is the importance placed on our therapeutic relationship. Your therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify and explore your strengths and work on the issues / experinces that are causing you distress or having a negative impact on you.

I provide therapy for individuals and couples over the age of 18 who would like to address the following difficulties –

Referral Form

We will send you a referral form or you can fill it out on our secure website.



Once we have your referral form we will be in touch to discuss your current concerns and arrange an initial one to one assessment to ensure that Lifft Wellbeing is the best option for your needs.
